This week’s topic is going to be about health. There is so much information about how we should take care of our health that it’s hard to find the good stuff within this maze. I have seen several resources over time with the same or similar information like common vitamins, supplements, minerals and such, that I like to share in this blog. In this way you have an easy overview of what you need as a human being to thrive in your health and in this world.
There are many things we can do for our health and yet not everyone has the time, money or motivation to take care of their body. Only when the body is out of alignment enough and people experience physical ailments they can’t deny, is the moment that most finally start to listen to the body (and themselves). But ultimately, we want to prevent any health issues and that’s why we want to incorporate this health protocol into our lives now. This if for beginners who are looking to improve their health and more ‘advanced’ people who have been on this health journey longer.
Personally, my health is my number one value. I value health on all levels; emotional health, mental health and physical health. These 3 ‘bodies’ are all interconnected and if one of the ‘bodies’ is compromised than the others are too. And so, it’s important to work on all levels of our health. Not just shadow work, processing emotions, regulating the nervous system and changing our beliefs.
Disclaimer:
I’m not a professional health expert and everyone is different and may react differently. Only take what resonates with you at this time. And when taking medication make sure to do research before taking anything. Some of these tips are just vitamins so there is no harm in taking more vitamins I assume. But always listen to the body and how you respond to any of the advice given below.
Start with taking these supplements everyday
Due to the pollution of the environment for several years, our food-system and the shedding of people who are ‘poked’, we all need to give our immune system extra support (weather you are ‘poked’ or not). Some of the vitamins/minerals you want to incorporate every day are:
- Zinc
- Quercetin
- Vitamin C
- Magnesium Glycinate
- Milk Thistle
- Fulvic Minerals (contains all kinds of good minerals)
- NAC for liver support (on an empty stomach in the morning)
- Glutathione for liver support (on an empty stomach in the morning)
*You may want to switch NAC and Glutathione every other day. Or only take NAC.
Make sure you get high quality supplements! And yes, you need to pay more for that most often. But low-quality vitamins don’t do much for you. Your body will just flush it out and that’s actually a waste of money. At this moment my favorite brands are: Vimergy, Health Force and Global Healing.
- Borax/Boron (same thing) – 1 cup per bath and soak for about 45-60 minute
Taking a borax bath 3 times a week (if possible) will be supporting your body to detox from heavy metals and many more good things! You may want to add 1 cup of magnesium, baking soda (aluminum free) and Himalayan sea salt to your bath as well (or switch it up every now and then). You also want to wash your clothes with borax. The borax you buy for washing your clothes is the same as for taking a bath.
- Plus, take 1 capsule of Boron every day. Very important!
- EDTA Cream or lotion
EDTA cream/lotion removes heavy metals from the body by applying it on the skin. I usually don’t use anything else on my skin except for sheabutter and jojoba oil. But this is worth a try when it comes down to detoxing and pulling heavy metals out of the body. It can even pull things from the bones! It’s pretty impressive for a cream. A trustworthy brand you can look up is: www.somahealth.net. Carefully read how to start applying this product, you may want to take it slow on this one and see how it goes for you.
- Nano Soma
Nano Soma is a nano-emulsion of long-chain alcohols found in many foods. It is commonly called policosanol and is present in unrefined foods such as rice, sugar cane and wheat. It supports the body’s natural healthy processes, stimulating the body to take care of itself in natural ways. Use 3-5 sprays every day. This is the brand I use: www.magicdichol.com
- Ionic Footbath – 3x a week for 30 – 60 minutes per bath.
An Ionic Footbath actually works and is not a myth. It removes heavy metals and it even removes parasites. You can use an Ionic footbath two or 3 times a week. Don’t use it more than 3 times a week. You can use hot water with up to 3/4 tbsp sea or Himalayan salt.
- Zeolite
Zeolite helps to eliminate heavy metals in the body as well as pesticides, mold, radioactive materials and environmental toxins. Take 1/2 tsp daily in between meals. You can check out this brand for zeolite: www.glycolife.net.
- Blue Light Glasses
We also don’t want to forget about our eyes. Most of us use phones, laptops, tablets etc. every day and the use of these screens is linked to many harmful side effects. Wearing blue light (blocker) glasses are very recommended not just for health reasons but also spiritual reasons. - Red light therapy
Another great thing to add to your health regimen is red light therapy. It has many health benefits from healing your skin to regenerating your cells and may even support in healing cancer (or prevention). - Rife Machine
If you can get your hands on a rife machine I highly suggest to invest in it. We don’t have to have health issues and these rife machines are game changers for our health! I have seen the brand ‘TrueRife’ and ‘Spooky2’ that seem to be trustworthy brands. But you may want to do more research on this yourself.
- Ozone Therapy
I have not tried this myself yet, but I’m very curious about Ozone Therapy. I’ve seen some great info and multiple people recommending it. It’s worth looking into this as well. Here are some book recommendations:

- Reduce Harmful EMF’s
Another element that we really have to pay attention to is reducing harmful EMF’s. An easy thing to do is turning off your Wi-Fi before you go to sleep. It’s even better to not use any Wi-Fi and go back to using ethernet cables again. You want to reduce the amount of time on electronics as much as possible and it will not only be better for your body but also for your mental health.

- Filtered Water
Of course, we cannot forget to mention water! Drink filtered water if you can by investing in a water filter. You may even infuse the water with your intention to change the molecules/structure of the water and have your body absorb that frequency. Most people need to drink way more water than they do. Makes sure you get at least 2 liters of clean filtered water every day, if not more!
- Organic Fruits & Vegetables
We also want to prevent heavy metals to get back into the body when we detox. One way to prevent heavy metals sneaking into our body is through clean food. Preferably you want to eat whole foods and lots of organic fruits and vegetables (we are originally fruitarians). Taking in vitamins from real food instead of synthetic supplements is always better. But we don’t always absorb enough of the nutrients from our food. That’s why you want to supplement as well. And ideally if you have the time and place you want to grow your own foods. A fun little trick to get the most out of growing your own food is this: before you water the plants, you want to touch the water with your hands (skin) first. In this way the plants will create medicinal benefits that’s created just for you.
- Nature = Medicine
Nature truly is our medicine. We need the negative ions coming from the earth for the body to stay healthy. Depending on where you live it’s a bit less convenient to be outside most of your day, but truly we are built to live mostly outside. Aim to take a walk outside of sit outside for at least 20 minutes a day if not more! Walk barefoot or just put your bare feet on the ground for a moment. Try to incorporate all the elements that nature offers like the earth, fire (sun), air and water (ocean, lakes and rivers).
- Electric Plasma of love
The frequency of love is very powerful and most of us don’t realize that power yet. We want to intentionally connect to the frequency of love in our hearts. Plasma pours from the heart and when used with intention all the heavy metals and other harmful material in the body can’t function in electric plasma of love. So, this is another great thing to add to your health regimen.

I have not incorporated everything in my own life yet, but I will over time. You don’t have to do all of this all at once either. You can gradually add one thing after the other when it feels right. You want to have fun taking care of your body and see it as an ongoing process of elimination and prevention.
Please take this protocol seriously. Even when you think you don’t need it. There will be more information coming out over the years and then you will be glad that you already took preventive measures. If you don’t know where to start, I suggest to start with Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Magnesium Glycinate, NAC and Boron. I might add things over time to this blog since information can change super-fast. So, you might want to review this again at a later time.
Your body is not an accessory, it’s part of you. View your body as a spaceship that needs the right fuel to function well. Take care of your body and it takes care of you.
