Before we go any further into this topic we have the acknowledge first that we can’t awaken all at once. The psyche cannot handle that and neither does the body. It would destroy the body basically. This is why awakening is a gradual process for most and why everyone is awakening in their own time. There are those who do have a spontaneous awakening but they are meant to have that experience. And if such a thing happens you will be ready for that.

We don’t always all go through the same activations at the same time and sometimes we do. And some are further ahead in this ascension process, but that doesn’t mean that you are behind. Your higher self knows what you are ready for and what you can handle at the time.

Also, be aware that many people think that they have awakened but are instead caught up in false light and new age deception. Waking up to the law of attraction and attracting abundance doesn’t mean that you have awakened….

10 Ways To Fast Track Your Spiritual Awakening

So, if we can’t force an awakening that means that we can’t actually fast track our spiritual awakening journey. BUT we also shouldn’t wait around for our lives to change and for these activations. We do have to ride the waves of these activations and use our tools to actually progress in our spiritual awakening. And so, there are some things that you can do to fast track your spiritual awakening or rather say, to stay on track of your spiritual awakening.

  1. Stillness (meditation)

One of the things that will help us immensely in our spiritual awakening is stillness or silence. Being still with yourself and listening to your inner guidance system will help because it brings through information that we miss if we are distracted by external things. Being still could be in the form of meditation (seated) or simply just resting (laying down) in complete stillness. If you want to take it a step further, meditating in the dark, or with an eye pillow, will help your awareness increase and deepen your connection to ‘the self’. It also supports the opening of your third eye which is all about intuition and higher consciousness.

A daily practice of being still with yourself and listening to what comes up while not attaching to it, will help you fast track your spiritual awakening.

  1. No distractions

The closer your connection with your higher self the ‘faster’ or ‘easier’ you will go through your awakening. Your higher self brings through higher consciousness and when we are distracted in our lives (and we are distracted a lot!) we can’t bring in that higher consciousness. Anything in life can be a distraction from ourselves and awakening also means becoming more self-aware. That means we have to work with ‘the self’ and that takes focus and attention.   1. No technology

Technology kills our connection to our higher self even more than we realize! The EMF’s and other frequencies that are around us are influencing our energy field negatively and this is in the way of bringing in higher consciousness.

We essentially don’t want to be around any inorganic frequencies and that also means no mainstream music. Mainstream music can contain splitter technology and other frequency software that affects your energy field, your mind and how you feel. If you are serious about your awakening it’s suggested to stop listening to mainstream music as well. There is a lot of great alternative music out there.

We want to use our phones and computers a whole lot less as this is going to be very helpful to create a deeper connection to ourselves. And if you have the resources to create a radiation free house and move away from radiation towers, then do it! That doesn’t mean you can’t use the internet anymore. It means you can create an environment that reduces EMF’s as much as possible. You can invest in EMF protection like a Somavedic (use code INNERWELLNESS for a discount) and EMF protection clothing and blankets. As well as use internet cables instead of Wi-Fi and especially turn off your Wi-Fi at night. These are just some suggestions but above all be mindful about how much time you spend on technology. And we really don’t want to live in a virtual world…

  1. Minimalism

This one goes hand in hand with having the least amount of distractions. Less stuff means, less distractions, less responsibilities and less tasks that need your time and attention. By having less stuff, you can streamline your life and focus on priorities. Collecting stuff is also a trauma response and throughout our awakening journey we simultaneously release stored survival stress (trauma) from our bodies. Overtime you will find that you want to get rid of old stuff and feel less attached to it. When you are ready to clear out old stuff, you will find yourself feeling a whole lot lighter and you will feel more space within yourself to bring in new awareness. And be aware that every item also has an energy field that can hinder us or benefit us in life. 

  1. Nature

Of course, this is what you hear all the time… go out into nature. Being in nature (alone) as often as you can will help you connect to yourself, your body, the present moment and it can bring about new realizations. It also helps the body to restore itself and this all is going to help you progress along your spiritual awakening journey. A daily walk will be highly beneficial for many areas of your life.

  1. Physical Health

Our body is our partner in this awakening and we have to give the body what it needs. Having our bodies as clear and clean as possible will help us stream more information with the least amount of distortions. Making sure we eat healthy, use the cleanest products in all areas of our lives, detox and movement is important to keep the body healthy and with a healthy body we can bring in higher consciousness.

Plus, if the body is healthy then we won’t be distracted by bodily ailments that take our time and attention. But also, when something is off in the body it is an opportunity to become more aware. Long story short, do the necessary research and take care of the body the best way you can.   1. Study

Even though we want to listen to our own inner guidance, it doesn’t’ mean that we have to awaken all on our own. We can benefit from other people’s information and guidance, after all, we are in this together. But the tricky part is that we want to study the ‘right’ kind of information. And there is a lot of crap out there, that serves as distractions which only keeps us looping and not progressing.

Therefore, we need to have the utmost discernment about the information that we are consuming. As well as choose to put our time and attention into something that brings us further in life instead of distracting us. Open-mindedness and discernment are your super powers in your spiritual awakening. It’s THE way to expand your consciousness and not get lost in the many programs we all have to sort through.

  1. Spiritual Hygiene

As our spiritual awakening progresses we are also becoming more and more sensitive to energies. These energies can drain us, influence us and makes us loose our center. It is important to have a spiritual or energetic hygiene routine in order progress in your awakening journey in the fastest way. And part of that entails becoming sovereign. In short this means that you are in control over your own energy (mind, body, emotions and spirit) and therefore your reality.

It is important to clear your energy field with intention every day. Setting the intention to return to sender what isn’t yours is already part of a spiritual hygiene routine. If you like to learn how to create a spiritual hygiene routine you can read this blog over here.

  1. Releasing Survival Stress (aka trauma)

A lot of our awakening journey has to do with releasing density from our bodies and to bring in more light. And the density is the survival stress (trauma) and programming that we have experienced and adopted. And this is what we are here to clear. One of the best ways to release survival stress is by doing shadow work, somatic work & nervous system regulation. But other tools like, for example EFT, is also beneficial to help us release survival stress. It’s important to know what tools work for you and when to use the one you need. But a big part of awakening means doing the inner work and that means looking at what you have rejected within yourself, which are the so called ‘shadows.’ And by looking at the rejected parts we can bring awareness and therefore ‘light’ to these parts and release the density.

  1. Ego Work

When we embark on a spiritual awakening journey we cannot ignore the ego. The ego is our sense of self and everything that we identify with. The ego can limit us very much in our lives and limitation is the opposite of expanding our awareness. Doing ego work is part of your awakening journey and you will 100% bump up against your ego. But this is how we become more aware of ourselves and create a deeper connection with our true self.

When we learn how to work with the ego it will also help us make decisions from the heart instead of the ego. And connecting to the heart is actually another point of focus in our awakening journey. The heart is also a portal into higher consciousness and we cannot access this portal if the ego interferes. The ego makes us spiritually weak and therefore it is important to know how your ego works.

Final note: Rinse and Repeat

We want to practice all the above regularly to stay on track. Rinse and repeat are the keys here. It all serves to deepen our connection to our higher self and it also centers you throughout your life. It may take some time to create these routines but you absolutely can create the conditions in your life to do all the above, while having fun.

Also, don’t be too serious all the time to a point where it only creates more stress. We have to continuously ask ourselves what we need and that also means doing grounded things and not be hyper focused on awakening.

Throughout our spiritual awakening journey there will be many moments when we really have a hard time and it’s OK to feel stuck and it’s OK to feel resistance. True awakening takes a lot of dedication and what is being asked of you is to put your best foot forward.
